(Peru, Neb.)- The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) released the 2025 Daktronics NAIA Spring Sports Scholar-Athlete Award Winners. The Peru State Baseball team had 11 athletes earn the award.
 
Student-Athletes must achieve a minimum grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale, have reached the eligibility requirements and has been at their institution for a year to be qualified for the award.
 
Blake Denson, Brenton Pitt and Diego Rivera each earned the honor for the third time.
 
Garrett Pavletich, Jackson Lynch, Josue Cisnero, Casey Ogden, Kevin Diaz, Yareb Pillot, Billy Starr and Joshua Poston each won the award for the first time.
