Men's Bowling

Men's Bowling Competes at Bronco Open

(Peru, Neb.)- The Peru State Men's Bowling team competed at the Bronco Open in Hastings, Nebraska on Saturday and Sunday. The team got 9th with a total pin fall of 7378 pins for a total of 41 games bowled. The Varsity Reserve men finished 7th, with 6791 total pins, after 41 games bowled.
 
Varsity Results...
Wyatt Woodward, a junior from Broken Bow, Nebraska, finished 27th after a total of 966 pins. Woodward had games of 143, 205, 197, 216 and 205 with a tournament average of 193.
 
Jett Tolentino, a Sophomore from Mililani, Hawaii, finished 32nd with a total 933 pins after scores of 200, 166, 183, 183 and 201 for a tournament average of 187.
 
Will Fraser, a freshman, finished 35th with scores of 181, 141, 192, 216 and 202 for a total of 932 pins and averaging 186 pins.
 
Stephen Acton, a junior from Falls City, Nebraska, finished 44th with scores of 130, 158, 188, 192 and 202 with a total 891 pins and a tournament average of 178.
 
Grayson Martin, a freshman, finished 79th after totaling 504 pins with his three games of 168, 144 and 192 pins to average 168 pins.
 
Ethan Haas-Oltrogge, a sophomore from Howells, Nebraska, finished 91st in the tournament with an average 160 pins after getting 320 pins in two games with the scores of 179 and 141.

Carson Pierce, a freshman from Lincoln, Nebraska, finished 37th with a total 917 pins after scores of 149, 179, 210, 191 and 188 for a tournament average of 183.
 
Ryan Hendrickson, a freshman from Lincoln, Nebraska, finished 40th after games of 155, 201, 207, 105 and 245 for a total of 913 pins and an average of 183 pins.
 
Noah Stone, a freshman, finished 47th with scores of 187, 166, 167, 158 and 201 for a total 879 pins and a tournament average of 176.
 
Ethan Crecelius, a freshman, finished 51st after bowling a total of 865 pins with scores of 157, 158, 155, 202 and 193 for an average of 173 pins.
 
Trevor Sierks, a freshman from Brownville, Missouri, finished 59th, bowling his first ever 200 game. He had scores of 167, 160, 200, 126 and 133 for a total of 786 pins and averaging 157 pins.
 
Next: The Bobcats will be in Rockford, Illinois on November 9th and 10th for the Leatherneck Classic.
