(Lawrence, Kan.)- The Peru State College Bobcats men's bowling team competed at the NAIA West Regional in Lawrence, finishing 10th overall with a total of 4,734 pins against a competitive regional field.
As a team, the Bobcats posted game scores of 915, 969, 1,025, 894, and 931. Their top performance came in game three, where they surpassed the 1,000-pin mark with a strong 1,025 effort.
Individually, Carson Pierce led the way for Peru State, placing 18th with a five-game total of 1,016 pins and a 203.2 average. He rolled games of 195, 203, 236, 211, and 171. Close behind was Will Fraser, who finished 19th with 1,015 pins and a 203 average, highlighted by games of 183, 236, 225, 197, and 174.
Noah Stone added a 32nd-place finish with 971 pins and a 194.2 average, recording scores of 179, 201, 213, 178, and 200. Peru State also saw contributions throughout the lineup, including a 68th-place finish with a 692 series (188, 153, 192, 159) and Ryan Hendrickson placing 81st with 505 pins (170, 176, 159).
In team play adjustments, Austin Watts delivered a strong 236 in game five, Zachary Page added a 150 in game five, and Keegan Hull contributed a 149 in game four.
