(Waterloo, Iowa)- The Peru State Men's Bowling team competed at the Cedar Valley Invite on Saturday, Jan. 31, finishing 17th overall with a team total of 4,987 pins.
Carson Pierce led the way for the Bobcats, placing 48th overall with a three-game total of 613 pins and an impressive 204.3 average. Pierce posted scores of 198, 203, and 212 to pace Peru State.
Will Fraser added a strong performance, finishing 65th with a 588 series (185, 204, 199) and a 196 average. Austin Watts followed in 89th place, tallying 550 pins across games of 168, 212, and 170 for an 183.3 average.
Grayson Martin recorded a 518 series (179, 180, 159) to finish 106th with a 172.7 average, while Ryan Hendrickson placed 152nd with a 332 two-game total (190, 140) and a 166 average. Noah Stone rounded out the Bobcat competitors, finishing 166th after rolling a 223 in his appearance.
