(Rockford, Ill.)- The Peru State Women's Bowling team wrapped up competition at the Leatherneck Classic with a 15th-place finish, posting a total of 6,923 pins.
Makenzie Millard led the Bobcats with a 19th-place finish, rolling games of 193, 191, 198, 179, and 189 for a five-game total of 950 and an impressive 190 average. Aleia Crandall also turned in a strong performance, finishing 30th with games of 176, 157, 193, 229, and 170, totaling 925 pins and averaging 185.
Lindsay Niemann contributed with a 58th-place finish, recording scores of 172, 169, 138, 202, and 193 for a total of 874 and a 174.8 average. Mindy Bartels finished 68th with games of 186, 176, 176, 171, and 154, totaling 863 pins at a 172.6 average. Ashley Pfeifer participated in three games, posting 222, 124, and 177 for a total of 523 pins and a 174.3 average, while Abby Yates competed in two games, totaling 276 pins with a 138 average.
