Peru State would add more runs in the bottom of the sixth. Walston started things with a single to center and went to second on a passed ball. After a pop-up out, Phillips singled to left and Walston scored. Silva reached on a walk and both base runners advanced on another passed ball. Alonzo singled to bring Phillips home with Silva advancing to third. A pinch hitter grounded out with Alonzo moving to second.
