Women's Bowling

Five Women's Bowlers Earn Scholar-Athletes Awards

(Peru, Neb.)- The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) released the 2025 Daktronics NAIA Winter Sports Scholar-Athletes on Wednesday, November 25. The Peru State Women's Bowling team had five athletes earn the award.
 
Student-Athletes must achieve a minimum grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale, have reached the eligibility requirements and been at their institution for a year to be qualified for the award.
 
Kaitlyn Doyal (Jr., Topeka, Kan.), Makenzie Millard (Jr., Topeka, Kan.) and Mindy Bartels (Jr., Lincoln, Neb.) each earned the award for the second time. Aleia Crandall (Jr., Lincoln, Neb.) and Adria Huiett (Jr., Hutchinson, Kan.) earned the award for the first time.
