(Peru, Neb.)- The Peru State Men's Bowling team bowled in Rockford, Illinois at the Leatherneck Classic on November 9
th and 10th. The team got 17th with a total pin fall of 6998 pins for a total of 41 games bowled.

Makenzie Millard, a junior from Topeka, Kansas, finished in 17th place after she totaled 986 pins. Millard had games of 206, 190, 171, 196, and 223, ending with a tournament average of 197.2 pins per game.

Mindy Bartels, a junior from Lincoln, Nebraska, finished 105th in the tournament after getting a total of 757 pins, averaging 189 pins. Bartels had games of 183, 150, 223 and 191.
Kaitlyn Doyal, a junior from Topeka, Kansas, finished in 125th place finishing with a tournament average of 173 after getting a total of 692 pins after games of 160, 148, 198 and 186.

Kailyn Schafer, a freshman from Hastings, Nebraska, finished in 166th place after bowling a total of 524 pin after three games of 178, 167 and 179 for an average of 174 pins.

Caitlynn Gronenthal, a junior from Leigh, Nebraska, finished in the tournament at 172nd after getting scores of 165, 152 and 193 in an average of 170 and total 510 pins.

Abby Yates, a freshman, finished 174th after getting a total 497 pins with three games of 149, 189, and 159. Yates had a average of 166 pins.
Aleia Crandall, a Junior from Lincoln, Nebraska, finished in 202nd after games with scores of 202 and 139 for a total 341 pins and an average of 170 pins.
