(Peru, Neb.) – The Bobcat football coaching staff announced the signing of Drew Brown of
Decatur, Texas.

The son of Brian and Jule Brown will play safety for Peru State. Brown graduated from Byron Nelson High School in Trophy Club, Texas, in 2019. He attended Weatherford College this past year.

The 5-9, 185 pound Brown was a two-year letter winner. During his senior season, he had 18 total tackles – eight of which were solo.

The Peru State football team will be moving onto campus on Monday and will begin conditioning on Tuesday. The first official practice will be Saturday, August 15.
