(Peru, Neb.) – The Peru State Bobcat football coaching staff hosted an Eight-Man Team Camp on July 11 and 12 with high school teams from Wausa, Cedar Bluffs, Stewartsville (Mo.), Orrick (Mo.), Stafford (Kan.), Meridian, Weeping Water, Lourdes Central Catholic, East Atchison (Mo.), and Brownell-Talbot participating.  The two-day camp was to allow the teams to participate in a fully-padded camp with controlled contact scrimmages.
 
Those attending from Wausa were: Will Hagge, Ethan Baue, Dawson Thorell, Jonah Story, Taylor Kumm, Steel Claussen, Wyatt Hoppe, Jarrett Anderson, Tug Dawson, Devin Rosberg, Carson Barney, Brandon Kristensen, Michael Vanness, Jaxon Claussen, Josh Wattier, and Sam Rosberg.
The Wildcats from Cedar Bluffs participating were: Ethan Schutt, Dominick Claussen, Zephan Kluthe, Dominic Goowin, Chris Vasquez, Grant Pleskac, Isaac Baker, Tyler Wesch, Hayden Giehler, Brody Ptomey, and Gabriel Anaya.  
Stewartville's campers included: McKenna DeMint, Jake Schellhorn, Keaton Martens, Caleb Manus, Hunter Karl, Cain Rush, Caleb Sanderson, David Myers, Diesel Griffin, Cross Bryant, Dalton Martin, Brent Griffin, Keaton Nelson, Kyler Holcomb, Tyler Haskell, and Doran Saunders.
Representing Orrick were: Chanier Woods, Avshna Hahn, Gabriel McAfee, Blake McAfee, Zach Riddle, Aaron Brooke, Jeffrey Benfer, Blake Buchanan, Seth Sloan, Ethan Wilson, David Brown, Zander Stevinson, Bishop Grimm, and David Opoka.
Those attending from Stafford were: Ashton Hrter, Kenneth Sanders, Dylan Julian, Mason Julian, John Hildebrand, Tai Hildebrand, Ryan Sammons, Alex Herrera, Kyle Foos, Dylan Gantz, Kleyton Schreiber, and Colson Minks.
The Mustangs from Meridian participating were: Dylan Grieggs, Brayden Rut, Keagan Sones, Zach Kerwood, Hunter Green, Drew Niederklein, Wyatt Haverlurk, Hector Nunez, Jesses Nunez, and Edward Haverluck III.
Weeping Water's campers Keegan McDonald, Kole Brock, Noah Patton, Carter Mogensen, Jason Burch, Zach Smith, Jim Neumeister, Marcus Cave, Mark Dehne, Ethan Essary, Tyler Essary, Hayden Nash, Hunter Mortimer, Weston Reiman, Levi Neumeister, and Trenton Baier.  
Representing Lourdes Central were: Tanner Kohanowicz, Aidan Aldana, Connor Neumeister, Damon Honeysuckle, William Eppers, Beau Lee, Vance Weninger, Harrison Benedict, Andrew Walton, Joseph Kearney, Sam Boline, Blake Miller, Breden Chipman, Kameron Monahan, John Bequette, Tyler Tellez, Sean Klein, and Xavier Gomez.
Those attending from East Atchison were: Ian Hedlund, Slade Rosenbohm, Connor Brown, Jake McEnaney, Augustus Hurts, Briacin Gebhards, Josh Smith, Bo Graves, Braden Graves, Ashton Yeary, Kaylin Merriweather, Jordan Goodin, Jarrett Spinnato, Tanner Rollins, Aaron Schlueter, Jesse Navin, Oliver Smith, Tony Skeen, and Trey Bowling.  
The Raiders from Brownell-Talbot were: Jake Gibbs, Tommy Pugsley, Charley Pugsley, Joey Ho, Andrew Vinci, Matthew Eversole, Miles Hutcherson, Matt Alli, Nate Brown, Colten Crosby, Sam Bock, Karl Grafelman, Jon Massey, Connor Patterson, Colin Alli, James Music, and Paul Martinez.
A total of 150 high school players and many of their respective coaches participated in individual and group drills. 
 
Members of the Bobcat coaching staff provided the instruction and facilitated the team sessions. Peru State coaching assistant Lou Varley coordinated the camp. Assisting Varley with the instruction were assistant coaches DeOn'tae Pannell and Justin Hoffman and graduate assistants Jake Coughlin and Colton Audsley.
