Jasmine Tate was named as the Female Bobcat Athlete of the Month for February.
Tate was recognized having completed a fine four-year career in a Bobcat uniform and for also being in five Peru State career records.
Two top marks are now owned by Tate as she smashed the all-time career assists record, finishing her career with 408. In addition, Tate finished in the top spot in career free throws attempted with 572.
Tate’s three other marks include second in career games played with 121 games, third in career free throws made with 307, and fourth in career steals with 212.
As of now, Tate finished this season 31st in NAIA Division I women’s basketball with 118 assists, 42nd in assists per game (3.933), and 49th in total steals with 56.
