(Rockford, Ill.)- The Peru State Men's Bowling Team competed at the Leatherneck Classic, finishing 25th with a total pinfall of 7,178 across the event. The Bobcats faced stiff competition but demonstrated moments of strong individual performances throughout the tournament.
Grayson Martin led the team, finishing 53rd overall with scores of 197, 187, 220, 196, and 211, totaling 1,011 pins and averaging 202.2. Carson Pierce contributed with a total of 942 pins and an average of 188.4, posting game scores of 150, 242, 185, 177, and 188, placing 100th overall. Zachary Page finished 108th, tallying 937 pins on games of 179, 209, 223, 163, and 163 for an average of 187.4.
Will Fraser recorded a total of 840 pins over five games, averaging 168, while Noah Stone competed in three games for a total of 477 pins and a 159 average. Austin Watts added 357 pins across two games, averaging 178.5.
