(Peru, Neb.)- On Saturday, October 5th, the Peru State Women's Cross-Country team travelled to Briar Cliff for the Briar Cliff Invitational. Through the rising temperatures, the team placed 6th at the meet with total team 6k time of 2:24:43 and an average time of 28:56.
Amyra Moxey, a junior from Louisville, Neb., finished 61st with a time of 27:18.7.
Lydia Lang, a sophomore from Palmyra, Neb., finished 70th with a time of 28:29.8.
