(Peru, Neb.)- On Thursday, October 24th, the Peru State Women's Cross Country team travelled to Yankton, South Dakota for the Lancer Invitational at Mount Marty. The team placed 4th at the meet with a total time of 2:23:53.62 for an average time of 28:46.73.
Amyra Moxey, a junior from Louisville, Neb., finished 33rd with a time of 26:31.03
Lydia Lang, a sophomore from Palmyra, Neb., finished 40th with a time of 27:49.67
Emma Larson, a junior from Fremont, Neb., finished 47th with a time of 29:42.55.
Ashley Carlton, a freshman from Kearney, Nebraska, finished 48th with a time of 29:50.05.
Britany Lofton, a freshman from Lodgepole, Nebraska, finished 49th with a time of 30:00.32.
Lauren Wingert, a freshman, finished 50th with a time of 30:08.16.
Cassie Harrington, a freshman from Uehling, Nebraska, finished 51st with a time of 30:34.34.
Phoebe Wilson, a senior from Council Bluffs, Iowa, finished 52nd with a time of 31:26.94.
Phoebe Hruska, a freshman from Omaha, Nebraska, finished 54th with a time of 33:50.76.
Madison Wittwer, a senior from Columbus, Nebraska, finished 55th with a time of 36:46.32.
