(Peru, Neb.)- On Saturday, October 5th, the Peru State Men's Cross-Country team travelled to Briar Cliff for the Briar Cliff Invitational. Through the rising temperatures, the team placed 8th at the meet with total team 8k time of 2:52:44 and an average time of 34:32.
 
Brady VanBoening, a sophomore from Holdrege, Nebraska, finished 62^nd with a time of 30:25.9.
 
Ty Brockhaus, a sophomore from Lincoln, Nebraska, finished 83^rd with a time of 33:52.2.

Gavin Smith, a senior from Omaha, Nebraska, finished 85th with a time of 34:26.4.
 
Steve Enriquez, a freshman, finished 89^th with a time of 36:36.6.

 Brandon Kristensen, a junior from Wausa, Nebraska, finished 92^th with a time of 37:51.1.
 
Jason Nguyen, a freshman from Hastings, Nebraska, finished 93rd with a time of 39:11.4.
 
Kohl Rutherford, a sophomore from North Platte, Nebraska, finished 94^th with a time of 40:81.1.


Austen Janssen, a junior from Newcastle, Nebraska, finished 95^th with a time of 41:17.1.
 
Carson Maas, a senior from Papillion, Nebraska, finished 96^th with a time of 48:14.6.
