(Peru, Neb.)- On Thursday, October 24th, the Peru State Men's Cross-Country team travelled to Yankton, South Dakota for the Lancer Invitational at Mount Marty. The team placed 5th at the meet with a total time of 2:46:58.70 for an average time of 33:23.74.
 
Brady VanBoening, a sophomore from Holdrege, Nebraska, finished 48th with a time of 30:52.14.
 
Kyler Carraher, a freshman, finished 60th with a time of 33:24.59
 
Gavin Smith, a senior from Omaha, Nebraska, finished 61st with a time of 33:59.68.
 
Brandon Kristensen, a junior from Wausa, Nebraska, finished 62nd with a time of 36:07.88
 
Steve Enriquez, a freshman, finished 63rd  with a time of 37:34.67
 
Austen Janssen, a junior from Newcastle, Nebraska, finished 64th with a time of 40:20.59.
 
Carson Maas, a senior from Papillion, Nebraska, finished 65th with a time of 45:13.33.
