(Peru, Neb.)- On Monday, February 24^th, the Heart of America Athletic Conference announced their players of the week, Kylie Diaz was named Heart Women's Basketball Defensive Player of the Week, presented by WinWon. Diaz is the first Women's Basketball Player to earn a Player of the Week award this season.
 
Kylie tallied 18 rebounds, averaging nine per game in the Bobcats' two conference games last week. Diaz also had 10 blocks, six of which were against the Clarke Pride on Saturday. She also added nine assists and three steals.
 
Diaz was also an offensive threat last week for the Bobcats, averaging 18.5 points per game. She shots 63.6% from the field and was 100% from behind the three-point line.
