(Peru, Neb.)- On Wednesday, November 8, the Heart of America Athletic Conference named its Bowlers of the Week. The Peru State Bowling team swept the week getting both the men's and women's bowler of the week awards.

Creyton Nisly (Jr., Hutchison, Kan.) was named Men's Bowler of the Week.
Mindy Bartels (So., Lincoln, Neb.) was also named Women's Bowler of the Week.

Creyton Nisly had a total 1,211 pins in his six games at the Bronco Open this past weekend. Nisly averaged 201.83 pins with games of 182, 228, 232, 187, 224 and 158.

Mindy Bartels had a total 1,120 pins at the Bronco Open after her six games. Bartels averaged 186.67 pins with games of 201, 186, 165, 246, 155 and 167.

The Peru State Bowling Team has their home dual this weekend, November 11, at Arbor Lanes in Nebraska City. The first game will start at 10:00 am.
