(Peru, Neb.) – The Peru State Foundation is hosting a gathering for former Bobcat basketball players and coaches on Saturday, Jan. 14, when the current Peru State women's and men's teams host Mount Mercy (Iowa).
 
All former players and coaches are invited for a day of food, fun, and hoops. They will be invited to the hospitality suite for complimentary appetizers throughout the games hosted by the Foundation.

Tip off for the women's game is at noon while the men's game will begin at 2 p.m. This is an earlier start time due to the travel for Mount Mercy. A youth cheer camp is being conducted that day with a performance to occur during halftime of the women's game.
 
This will be the first meeting between Peru State and Mount Mercy in Heart of America Athletic Conference play as the Mustangs are newcomers to the league.
