PSC Athletic Director Steve Schneider recently announced the selections and said, “Jordan and Jeff are deserving of the May recognition for their efforts on the golf and baseball teams respectively.  Jordan was one of the top golfers in the Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC), while Jeff was one of the best baseball players in the HAAC.  Thus, they deserve PSC's May honors.”

Schaardt finished third in the HAAC Golf Tournament.  She shot a two-day total of 169 and was praised by Coach Brett Hahn for her efforts during the season having battling shoulder injury challenges throughout the year. 
 
In addition, Schaardt served as the team captain for the golf team.  Most recently, Schaardt was among the 105 Division I Women's Golf student-athletes being named as a 2012 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes.
