Peru State College Athletics

Allie Schneider is a senior, Secondary Education with a focus on Natural Science from Humphrey, Nebraska. Schneider attended North Platte Community College prior to Peru State where she was also a part of the Women’s Basketball team. She graduated from Humphrey Public High School where she was a part of the volleyball, basketball, and track teams. Allie was the head and floor captain for both the volleyball and basketball teams from 2017-2020. She was NCPA Academic All-State three years, EHC All-Conference Honorable Mention, EHC All-Conference Second Team and EHC All-Conference First Team. Schneider was a Class D-1 district Champion in 2018 and District Runner Up in 2019. Her team was the 2018 State Volleyball Runner-Ups and Allie was a State Volleyball Sportsmanship participant. She also made the EHC Volleyball 2^nd Place Tournament Team. Schneider also has a series of awards in basketball and is a co-record holder in pole vault.
 
2023-24: Schneider played in 26 matches during the 2023 season. She tallied 804 assists for the team, averaging 8.12 assists per set. She had 37 service aces and 237 digs for the Bobcats. Schneider totaled 34 blocks with two solo blocks and 83 kills. Allie was named Athlete of the Month, Honorable Mention All-Conference, CSC Academic All-District Team, Daktronics Scholar Athlete, Heart Scholar Athlete, Dean’s List and Presidents List during the 2023-24 school year.
 
2022-23: Allie played in 20 matches and 71 sets her first year at Peru State. She tallied 358 assists and 5.04 assists per set. She had 133 kills averaging 1.87 kills per set and had a hitting percentage of .186. Schneider tallied 44 service aces and 164 digs with 2.31 per set for the Bobcats. She was an Athlete of the Month and made the Deans List both semesters during the 2022-23 year.
 
Prior to Peru State: At North Platte Community College, Schneider was NJCAA All-Region IX First Team, NJCAA All-Academic Second Team, Region 9 District Champs (2020), Co-Conference Champs, Region 9 District Runner-Ups (2021) and finished 11^th at the NJCAA National Tournament. Allie was 5^th overall nationally in assists in 2021 and 32^nd nationally in assists per set in 2021. She earned the United States Marine Corps Academic Award and AVCA Team Academic Award both years at North Platte.
