(Fayette, Mo.)- In a tough conference volleyball showdown on November 1, 2025, the Peru State Bobcats were outplayed by the Central Methodist Eagles, culminating in a 1-3 loss in Fayette, Missouri.
The opening set saw the Bobcats struggle to find their rhythm as they fell behind early, ultimately dropping the set 11-25. Continuing into the second set, the Eagles maintained their momentum, defeating Peru State 14-25. However, the third set showcased a resilient Bobcat squad that fought back to take a 25-22 win, momentarily shifting the match dynamics in their favor. Unfortunately, in the fourth and final set, Central Methodist regained control and secured the match with a convincing 25-14 win over Peru State.
