(Peru, Neb.) - The Peru State College Bobcats showed great skill on the basketball court as they triumphed over the Grand View Vikings 73-64 in a regular season game on December 4, 2024. Playing in front of a home crowd, the Bobcats managed to keep their lead through the entire game after a solid start that saw them going into halftime with a 37-32 advantage.
Carlos Hines was the standout player, leading the scoring for Peru State with 19 points, followed by
Ty Griggs, who added 11 points to the tally. Contributions came from all corners, with
Chris Peoples contributing 9 points and 7 rebounds, Stephen Coleman adding 10 points and 5 rebounds, while
Aaron Miller and
Devin Tomlinson each played vital roles in defense and scoring, bringing important energy to the team play.
