(Peru, Neb.) – Peru State head volleyball coach
Laurie Felderman recently announced the signing of Stefanie Anderson of
Kenesaw High School.

Anderson, a 6-0 middle blocker/middle hitter, is the daughter of Doug and Tonya Anderson, of Kenesaw
. She plans to major in elementary education at Peru State while seeking a coaching endorsement.

The multi-year letter winner in volleyball earned Twin Valley All-Conference First Team this past season. In addition, Anderson was twice named honorable mention all-state in both the
Lincoln Journal-Star and
Omaha World-Herald in 2018 and 2019.

Anderson also earned academic all-state recognition in 2019.

Felderman was pleased to sign Anderson. She stated, "We are excited to welcome Stefanie to our Bobcat volleyball family! Over the last year, we have watched her confidence as a middle hitter grow through the quickness of her arm and vision of the court. Stefanie brings a competitive edge to our 2020 recruiting class!"
