Second Set Action

The Vikings never trailed in the second set. After the set got started, the closest Peru State would be was at 6-3 after Savanna Davis (Anchorage, Alaska) put down a kill from Quinonez Holguin. Grand View would outscore Peru State 19-6 from that point on.

Third Set Action

An attack error by Grand View gave the Bobcats the first point of the third set. This set was much more competitive as it saw 12 ties. The 'Cats still had it tied at 18-18 after a kill from Tyra Mollhoff (Lincoln) on an assist from Chavarria. But the Vikings would go on a 7-1 run to win the match.
