Nate Bohy was recently named by Peru State atheltic director Steve Schneider as the male Bobcat Athlete of the Month for January.
Bohy is being recognized for his consistent play in January. Bohy averaged 20.3 points per game and grabbed 5.88 rebounds per contest.
Bohy’s highest-scoring output came against Graceland University when he went off for 33 points. During the month, Bohy had six games in which he scored more than 20 points. Against Avila University, Bohy had his best rebounding effort as he grabbed 12 caroms. During the month, Bohy also had 27 assists and nine steals.
Presently, Bohy leads the team in scoring – 20.43 points per game, 6.52 rebounds per game, and 2.52 assists per game. He is currently listed in the NAIA DI Top 50 Individuals in: 13th in total scoring (429); 15th in points per game (20.429), and 35th in field goal percentage (50.9%).
